Every sound system rental package includes a professional-grade digital mixer and 2 wireless microphones as standard. Additional equipment varies by package but can include professional PA speakers, line array systems, additional microphones, monitor systems, and subwoofers. We also offer add-on services like DJ services and technical support. Setup and pickup are included in all rentals.
Do you provide setup and technical support for events?
Yes! Professional setup and pickup are included with all our AV rentals. For larger events or complex productions, we offer on-site technical support services where our experienced technicians stay throughout your event to manage audio, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is included in our Live Event Production package or available as an add-on to standard rentals.
How far in advance should I book your AV services?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for most events to ensure equipment availability. For large events, weddings, or peak season dates (holidays and summer months), booking 6-8 weeks ahead is ideal.
